Heavy Machining involves machining large complex parts to exact specifications. Each job requires a significant level of expertise and attention to detail. A minor miscalculation could compromise a large machined part leading to substantial rework costs or in some cases a total loss. To minimize this risk Machine Craft Company utilizes Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) machinery, some of which have been rebuilt or refurbished by our Machine Tools Division. With a core group dedicated to machinery setup, maintenance and rebuilding, machinery is kept running at peak performance and precision.

Machine Craft Co. utilizes state-of-the-art 3D CAD/CAM software for design and production accompanied by top of the line large Horizontal and Vertical Boring Mills. We routinely machine a variety of materials including: cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, steel alloys and aluminum within a variety of forms including: cast, forged and fabricated components. An extensive background allows us to work with customers to provide material and machining options that may reduce lead times and overall component cost.
